Consider this question... If all of your prayers were answered today, how many people would be saved?
One of the Rother Men posed this as a rhetorical question during one of our Tuesday morning discussions and I think about that question often. What a smack in the face! Let's just say there wouldn't be a long line. More like that line in the store that no one joins because it's just too short to trust. I pray for my immediate family and close friends, but not many more beyond that.
So today, I pray to my loving father for a more generous heart and mind. Let me be your instrument. Help me to surrender so you can take over my life and live through me. Thank you for loving this sinner the way no one else can.
