1st Annual Bl. Stanley Rother Rosary Run
Time & Location
About The Event
UPDATED 6/5/18: The proposed schedule is now posted.
The Rosary Run is a motorcycle (or any vehicle in our case) ride borne from the idea of a poker run. The difference is we ride to 5 locations and pray a decade of the rosary at each (instead of accumulating playing cards). Our stops this year will all be related to the life of Blessed Stanley Rother.
We welcome vehicles of all types and people of all faiths to join us. We are primarily Catholic bikers, but if you’re not Catholic, we hope you’ll still join us, and perhaps learn a new form of prayer. And if you don’t have a rosary, we’ll gladly give you one as a gift, made and donated by students at All Saints Catholic School in Norman, OK.
We thank the organizers of the Amigos for Christ Rosary Run for their tremendous support in helping us organize our event! This year will be their 8th annual Rosary Run to raise money to provide clean water to communities in Nicaragua. Please visit their website or facebook page to learn more.
All donations collected will be donated to St. James Catholic Church in Santiago Atitlan, Guatemala... The place where Bl. Stanley Rother quite literally gave his heart!
Checks can be made out to: Catholic Foundation of Oklahoma
